- Monday.com · OneDrive · SharePoint · Microsoft 365
Context
The marketing function supports $29M in monthly funded volume at $18.8K in monthly spend — 6.5 basis points — with no paid media. At that ratio every vendor line matters. I own the full vendor portfolio: roughly $225K in annual spend across CRM, engagement, content, and analytics platforms.
What I did
- Reviewed every vendor contract — terms, renewal timelines, cost structures — and built a centralized OneDrive contract system with a continuous review process.
- Worked with accounting on monthly expense reports to validate charges, resolve discrepancies, and find cuts.
- Built a cost-allocation system: a list of company-sponsored, high-performing loan officers, plus an authorization process for anyone else requesting paid tools.
- Brought a $3,200/month web design retainer in-house.
- Introduced Monday.com as the single platform for requests, tasks, projects, and campaigns, with custom dashboards and role-based training.
- Supported the consolidation of corporate policies, programs, and guidelines into SharePoint.
Results
- Marketing operating cost down 27% in four months (Jan–Apr 2026), with funded volume held.
- $38K in annualized savings from the in-housed web design retainer.
- 37% reduction in platform costs.
- Team productivity up 30% on Monday.com workflows, at no additional cost.
