Context
Premier Lending adopted EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System). Departments needed one connected place to set yearly goals, break them into quarterly Rocks, and run daily work — replacing Excel trackers and email threads.
What I did
- Read Traction and mapped the EOS model onto Monday.com structures.
- Defined requirements with management for yearly goals, quarterly Rocks, and task boards; built sample boards for feedback before committing.
- Built three interconnected workspaces: yearly SMART goals, quarterly Rocks, and a unified daily task board.
- Added automations, dashboards, calendar views, and forms; replaced Excel-based tracking with a centralized improvement log for the operations team.
- Configured role-based permissions and replicated the setup across every department.
- Delivered a recorded workshop with a presentation deck and written guide.
Results
- A scalable EOS framework running in Monday.com across all departments.
- Cross-department visibility through connected boards and dashboards, with less reliance on email.
- Training materials in place for continued adoption.
